Braeburn. Yet another purely New Zealand apple. Large and cleanly finished with a mid-range sweet-to-sour taste, the Braeburn offers a juicy and crisp bite. Boldly red with definitive stripes on a semi orange-red background with excellent storage ability. Braeburn is the most produced apple in NZ and is harvested late March and into April.
